We often profile BT's guides in our blogs (cause they do have the best jobs in the world) but we've noticed that our hard-working team of administrators behind the scenes don't get much attention. So here they are, BT's admin team. Sitting behind desks rather than playing frisbee on a beach, but working just as hard to ensure BT is keepin' it real.

Graeme Barker & TJ Hermiston - Founders

If these 2 aren't busy scouting BT's newest destination or looking for other new & exciting ways to make the company more awesome, you may see Graeme sipping a milkshake on Kits beach or shredding waves in Tofino. TJ's other role is as a talented musician and lead singer of a great folk-rock band, Suzy. He is also an incredible botanist and can grow tomatoes that will knock your socks off.

Erin Travis - Sales & Customer Relations

Anyone with questions about a BT trip has likely called our 1-800 number and heard Erin's kind voice. She knows everything about everything BT, handles all flight bookings, ensures BT is staying green with recycling & carbon-offset programs, and keeps the boys in office organized & "proper".

Adam Strynadka, Director of Sales & Operations

Business development, strategy & numbers are Adam's forte. In other words, he likes to play golf and make deals. With a strong background in business, accounting, & sales, he's "the numbers guy" and like everyone else on the team, has big plans for BT.  He'll also do anything for props...

Mitch Martin - Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

People make fun of Mitch because he spends a lot of his work day on Facebook, but he argues that it's still work. He's also BT's French connection, living in Montreal and developing the company in the French-Canadian market. And yes, he loves poutine.

Chris de Eyre - Business Development Manager

The newest addition to BT's admin team, Chris is tackling & taming the wild animal that is Ontario.  Chris's strong background in business development combined with 5 years experience in the travel & tourism industry make him a force to be reckoned with.  He knows Toronto like the back of his hand and is never more than 3 blocks from the best sandwich you have ever eaten.
