We have taken the testimonials we received and posted them here for others to read so they can get an idea of how our travellers felt at the end of their experience with us. These testimonials are strait from the pens and keyboards of the people who were on our past trips from around the globe.

Bali and Beyond 2009 - "Going on the BT trip to Bali was "fate" when I lost a guaranteed summer job and an hour later got a phone call from Adam asking for the last time if I wanted to go to Bali in a few weeks. I am so glad I made the sporadic decision because it got me out of my own shell and out of this country to experience something new and amazing with guides who wanted to get you as excited as themselves about everything there was to see and a group of co-travelers that quickly became friends.

I got to experience a new culture and see the stunning things a different place had to offer. Waterfalls, rice fields, biking through traffic that makes city biking here a breeze, snorkeling, monkeys, temples, relaxing beach adventures and the cheapest everything you could want(or at least food, beer and bracelets). There was chances to go crazy and have wild adventures and fun, but also time to chill out and relax. This three week mix of opportunities was great and entirely worth it. I hated leaving and was Bali sick for so long. On the plane we were planning our next trip. I recommend BT to anyone, and Bali is a must see. Thanks for a new way of seeing and thinking the world."

Brazil 2009 - "Going to Brazil with Beach Travellers this summer has been an unforgettable experience. It was my second BT trip, So I was expecting only the best, however nothing could have prepared me for what was to come. It has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life. From hangliding over Rio de Janeiro, to camping in the amazon, to brazillian beach bums, nothing could have compared to an experience like this. The guides were great and just made the experience that much better. They were fun, easy going, and always willing to experience the culture with you. I cannot thank Beach Travellers enough for giving me this opportunity of a lifetime and I look forward to my 3rd trip with them -- because I know it will come soon. Thanks again!! :)"

Brazil 2009 - "The first trip BT Brazil was a huge success. Bt definately didtheir research; taking us from gorgeous Argentina water falls, to the middle of the Amazon, from the unbelievable surf beaches, to group tours to favelas. Having limited knowledge about Brazil before the trip, I feel I learned a ton about their culture and way of life. Travelling with BT can be nerve racking as yo u meet completely new people only as soon as you arrive, but they soon become very close friends and make the experience all the more enjoyable. I loved BT and am already thinking about which trip to join up with next!!"

Thailand 2009 - "Month of may in Thailand has been a amazing experience. beach travelers went way beyond my expectations that i had for it. it opens you up to a new and interesting culture that is completely different from Canada's. this trip allows you to choose your own kind of involvement in all the activities, since nothing is written in stone any kind of person can come on this trip and enjoy themselves.

As far as the guides themselves go, it is quite amazing, i have not had a single bad experience with any of the guides, each one is unique and open and are easy to become friends with, and through them even the shyest of people can meet everyone else and make new friends.

In conclusion i would just have to say, that if you want to have a great vacation with plenty of activities, partying and lounging around, i would most definitely recommend beach travellers."

Bali and Beyond 2009 - "The BT Bali & Beyond trip was the perfect mix between adventure travel and a relaxing getaway set in one of the most beautiful places on earth. The trip was well researched and brought us to places we would likely have missed traveling on our own. You get to meet a group of amazing people and spend three weeks together making memories that last a lifetime. From surfing to rafting, visiting temples and trekking up a volcano, the experiences had on the trip are ones you can't stop talking about when you get home. The guides were more like travel buddies and always kept us entertained. I would definitely recommend traveling with BT and look forward to my next trip."

Thank you so much guys for that experience!"

Costa Rica 2009 - " I was on a CR trip in 2009 which was life changing for me! On this trip I realized, how important it is to enjoy life again! This f**** stressed out world everywhere is way too crazy.
The whole trip was planned out really good from our tour guides Jeff and Mitch - many thanks to you crazy animals!! :)) We had a blast every day and of course surfing was the best part of the day!
Jeff and Mitch knew a lot of hidden places, where we had awesome, cheap dinner!!

I miss CR hugh times, but I have to make some money in order to go there again! See ya guys and if somebody is planning this trip to CR > watch out the 'mangina or the cocktail' from Mitch. Holy shit, I am still laughing my ass off!!"

Costa Rica 2008 - " I had the opportunity to spend a month in Costa with BT this May, hitting both the surf camp and travel trip. I can honestly say that it was worth every penny, and it was the experience of a lifetime. The surf camp was awesome, we saw some amazing beaches and in two weeks you can truly learn alot about the sport... If you snowboard, skate, or have just always wanted to try it, you definitely need to do it with BT.

The travel trip is just as awesome, and is built to do as many activities as possible during the day and then partying all night. From howler monkeys to speedboat trips, you'll see and do it all. The country is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen, and the scenery is out of this world. I met some amazing people from across Canada, most of which I still talk to on a regular basis. If you're looking to get away and you want a sunny destination, go to Costa Rica. The people, the culture, it's all incredible... By the time you get home you'll be listening to reggae daily and living the Pura Vida, it really is a way of life. So just book your trip already, you will remember it forever...

And don't forget, make sure to ask Graeme how many toucans he's seen lately."

Costa Rica 2008 - "I went on the Jan 08 CR trip. Costa Rica is breathtaking, beautiful, diverse and a fantastic cultural experience. The trip was awesome - the guides were knowledgeable, eager and helpful, you're given the opportunity to try things you wouldn't otherwise do (surfing, snorkelling, ziplining over mountain ranges, jumping off waterfalls) and the things that you would (drinking 2 for 1 cocktails, podium dancing and moonlight swims on the beach... in no particular order) The sights you see are just incredible (sunsets, dolphins, whales and Graeme moaning about wasabi belly). The trip is well-organised but flexible and gives you plenty of time to do your own thing. I'd totally recommend travelling with Beach Travellers, though advise future CR travellers to not bring a suitcase (they're not fun to carry up the beach), to check out Jeff's impression of an angry pirahna (he looks like an elephant) and be nice to any token Aussies that may be found arguing that thongs are for your feet!"

Costa Rica 2007
 - "I signed up for this trip as a first time traveller not knowing what to expect. I was shown around a new country with an awesome group of people with two guides that made the trip a blast! I did more activities in 2 weeks than I’ve done in a whole year. I really liked the fact that the places we saw, and the things we did were, for the most part, not really touristy. I remember walking down the coast in Montezuma and stumbling upon Playa Grande – the biggest beach I’ve ever seen with crystal clear water, and we were the only people on the entire beach! The people I met, the things I saw, and having two guides that just seemed like two buddies, made this trip probably two of the best weeks I’ve ever had. . They partied with us, and hung out, while still showing us everything Costa has to offer. If you’re considering travelling, do it through Beach Travellers!! "

- "I had a fantastic time during the Thailand May 2007 trip. The sights and activities we did and saw were amazing, and I came back with so many great memories due to the places we went and the people we went with. I really appreciated the work the guides did for us because it made the trip easy and worry-free compared to traveling by oneself. The planned activities let you do and see some really great stuff and the places we went were diverse and let you see some of the best parts of Thailand. I think the group really clicked and we made some good friends and have a lot of crazy memories and photos to look back on. I think the trip balanced partying and other activities well â we got to experience the best of the Thai nightlife as well as the best of the Thai daylife (for lack of a better word). Loved the beaches and the rainforest and the crazy streets of Bangkok and Iâll miss the people, the amazing food, and the cheap beer"

"I don't think you can put a price on the experience that Beach Travellers has perfected over the years. It was absolutely mind blowing each and everyday. The guides especially exceeded all of my expectations, they provided a perfect balance of professionalism and fun, and they definitely know where the party's at. The activities they organized were always amazing, but not so many it was overwhelming, there was always time to do my own thing. The sights, sounds, food, culture, parties, beaches; there wasn't anything I didn't enjoy. Riding elephants in the river? I don't think I've ever had more fun in my life. If you were to ask me if I would travel with these guys again in the future, In a %$@# heartbeat! That being said, I am on my way to Costa Rica! Thanks for everything, you really opened my eyes to things I didn't even know existed, what a way to live.

"Prior to heading to Costa Rica my travels were limited to North America. I have had friends tell me stories about their trips abroad and their stories were always concluded with, you just don't understand until you experience it yourself. Now I understand! The experiences, adventures and memories can not be done justice by any photo, video or story. My trip with Beach Travellers to Costa Rica opened my eyes and made me appreciate some things in life that I can only describe by saying, Pura Vida.

Thank you Beach Travellers for the true experience of a lifetime!"

- Every time I stop to think about my experience with Beach Travellers this past May 2006, many memories run through my mind never failing to make me smile and laugh. The significance of this experience could never have been forecasted by a picture of a beach or a description of the destinations not yet known. It is a journey full of discovery, friendship and learning. As I sit down to reflect I realize you can't put such an amazing time into words. Travel provides the means to realize what you know of the world but have yet to see. Beach Travellers takes you there and shows you the magic of the islands, the beauty of Thai culture and adventures that unexpectedly lead you to yourself. I would do it all again in a heartbeat."

- I experienced things I would have never dreamed of doing. I ate shark, scorpion, snakes blood, bull tongue, visited a hidden lagoon and belayed down a cliff. The tour guides were well prepared for all situations. They had a good balance between friend and guiding on a professional level. We were never left in an uncomfortable position. You couldn’t put a price on the experience I got from the trip."
