Welcome to our 28 day Brazil experience... Here is an overview of what's included in this trip of a lifetime:
ACCOMMODATION
We have done a lot of research and have handpicked the best accommodations in each location. We always ensure that our accommodations are clean and comfortable, and very close to all the attractions for each location. We chose the best suited accommodations for each place that we visit.
TRANSPORTATION
Travelling through Brazil is part of the fun... and therefore we make sure that travel time is comfortable and enjoyable. We use air-conditioned mini-buses, boat charters, as well as 4 domestic flights. We like to keep travel time short, sweet, and scenic!
DESTINATION 1
Rio de Janeiro is one of the most breathtaking cities in the world, and it will be our first and last stop on our Brazil adventure. This city is constantly beaming with life, and there are endless activities to enjoy. Brazilians are reputed for being some of the happiest people on earth, and this is quite clear when you visit Rio. Stroll along the white sand beaches and watch the locals playing soccer and volleyball in g-strings and speedos, the classic Brazilian beachwear.
Some of the highlights here are hiking up to the famous Chriso statue which towers over Rio, renting a surfboard and tackling the waves, and taking a tour of one of the local favelas.
Be sure to save some energy for after dark, because Rio's nightlife is unbelievable, and the clubs here will keep you dancing until dawn.

We hop on a flight to arrive at our next stop, the Foz de Iguazu. A mindblowing spectacle, these are a series of 275 waterfalls. With 5 times the volume of Niagara Falls, they are the largest waterfalls on earth. You can literally see the cloud of mist created from the falls from 3 kilometres away! The falls are inside the Iguassu National park, which borders Brazil, Argentina, and Paraguay. This National park is teaming with wildlife, such as colourful toucans and macaws, and the coati, a racoon-like creature which is considered the local mascot.

DESTINATION 3
Back to the beach... This remote location is host to a wide array of activities, such as surfing, sandboarding, wakeboarding, kite-surfing, waterfall hikes, paragliding, and let's not forget the beach and the nightlife. Outdoor nightclubs and beach bonfire parties with live DJs, these parties are not to be missed.
With a huge lake on one side, the Atlantic Ocean on the other side, and massive sand dunes right next door, the possibilities here are endless. Join the locals on the world class beaches, grab an ice cold beverage from a local vendor, kick back, and enjoy the Brazilian lifestyle.
Every day we either have planned activities or suggested ones. The Beach Travellers concept is that this is your trip and you can make what you want of it, so you're always free to do your own thing. There are endless discoveries to be made on these journeys, so feel free to explore. This is not a tour, it's an experience.

DESTINATION 4
This beautiful Colonial town acts as our entrance point into the Amazon rainforest. This city is nicknamed "Paris of the Tropics". There are some beautiful monuments and great European-style architecture here, as well as numerous markets, a wildlife reserve, and a beach. We spend a night here before our 4 day Amazon trek, as well as one night after the trek.
From here we leap into the Amazon for a 4-day jungle adventure. Your Amazon experience consists of the following activities:
- Camping in the jungle
- Sleeping in hammocks in the trees of a flooded forest (weather depending)
- Fishing for piranhas
- Boat cruises along the river
- Nature hikes teaching tribal uses of medicinal plants and survival methods
- Spotting exotic wildlife (pink dolphins, sloths, monkeys, caymans, etc...)
- How to make lethal blow-darts and other tribal hunting tools
Our researchers have worked hard to find the absolute best Amazon excursion and top quality accommodation to give you the finest jungle experience available.

DESTINATION 5
Upon arriving at this location, the abundance of colors, music, delicious smells, flavours and textures is a shock to the senses. The atmosphere in this town is one of joy and permanent festivities, and it's the perfect place to indulge in delicious, traditional Brazilian food and beverages.
The music and dance scene here is huge, so explore the town, enjoy the tunes, check out some Brazilian dancing... or grab a capeta (alcoholic drink with herbal energizers) and hit the dance floor!

Over the last two decades this small island has changed from an isolated village to an international sun destination, with plenty of gorgeous beaches and a buzzing nightlife. It's the perfect place to mingle with travellers from all over the globe, and the amazing local culture and natural splendour here is remarkable.
The only method of motorized transportation here is tractors with wagons attached, to carry passengers around. The relaxed atmosphere here is infectious, and with white sand beaches, an immense blue sea, and palm trees everywhere... it's culture, nightlife, and raw exotic beauty all in one place.

DESTINATION 7
| This charming town seems to have survived predatory tourism, and with its old churches and eateries serving local delights, there is definitely a traditional vibe in the air. |
The great beaches and waves here have attracted surfers and travellers over the past decade, making this sleepy beach town the perfect place to wrap up the trip while soaking up some sun and catching a few waves.
